I have been ministering recently with people who have either radically rejected God's will for their lives OR radically been obedient to the call of God .
There are consequences to both choices :
Radical Rebellion brings so much heartache not only for the person , but for those around them , marriages breakdown ,hurt comes , disappointment after disappointment occurs in their lives . Deception abounds and worst of all there is zero peace in their lives . For a New Testament example read Galatians 3:1-4 read it , allow Jesus to speak to you through it . There is a very big price tag to not obeying the voice of the Lord.Also James 1:22.
Alternatively for those who relentlessly choose to listen to God's voice and out of a heart of love for Him .... obey , life is completely different .
O ld Testament Joseph is a prime example of relentless obedience to God's perfect will in his life , and even though the enemy of our souls served up some fairly challenging "life circumstances" , Joseph scaled the wall of hardship and clung onto the promises of GOD .
Read Genesis 50:20 - Adversity even in obedience can bring great glory to JESUS .
So today which will you choose RADICAL OBEDIENCE from a heart of love OR RADICAL REBELLION ??
I am praying you will choose to love JESUS with all your heart , all your mind , all your will .
