The effects of Black Saturday and even September 11,2001 were felt deeper than just the emotion of tragedy and shock in people's lives. Certainly people in Australia & globally (over now many crisis) have much to think about & work through for e very long time! One of my observations has been that the world is now definately not "bland" in light of many traumas that have occured & continue to occur in many people's lives.There is now required from all of us a choice : to respond or react and even to not make any response is to make a CHOICE ! A philosopher by the name of Donna Harraway has said:''Our machines are disturbingly lively & we ourselves are frighteningly inert." The post -modern mindset of political correctness has for many produced a mindset that makes "being inoffensive" a desired virtue. Post modern thinking has seemingly taught us that all versions of reality are equally correct and all lifestyles are equally valid. We are coached as a society to actually believe that it is o.k. to believe that anything & everything is true , as long as you don't insist that IS THE TRUTH! Is this concept an ABSOLUTE? JESUS whilst continually loving us all neither condones or accepts all value systems , He calls us all to respond to Him and what the Father God deems worthy in the KINGDOM of GOD that will never come to an end......everlasting HOLY precepts , covenants and forgivness by the grace of God through the blood of JESUS shed upon the Cross . I know this to be GOD'S TRUTH , because the Bible tells me so . Today please for JESUS' sake do not confuse political correctness with God's truth. The secular world seems to be preaching "blessed are the comfortable"..........and sadly even some would respond with "comfortable are the blessed". Actually all of this and so much more has resulted in a death to 'HOLY PASSION .'.....emphasis on "HOLY".
I wish to leave with you some Scriptures : Jeremiah 17:9 ''THE HEART IS DECEITFUL ABOVE ALL THINGS & BEYOND CURE . WHO CAN UNDERSTAND IT?" Also Romans 3:23.....(please take a moment to read it) But also read JOHN 3;16-17 "FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONE & ONLY SON,THAT WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM SHALL NOT PERISH BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE . v.17 FOR GOD DID NOT SEND HIS SON (JESUS) INTO THE WORLD TO CONDEMN THE WORLD, BUT TO SAVE THE WORLD THROUGH HIM".
So again today give your love , life , energy ,mind , heart ,body & soul to JESUS and you will be so amazed to see what can happen in you and the lives around you .
JESUS IS THE WAY , THE TRUTH & THE LIFE .....and HE REALLY LOVES YOU more than you could ever know .

jJESUS ....THE WAY THE TRUTH ..THE LIFE .....ABSOLUTE TRUTH
I am really becoming stirred in my being about the "post modern " aproach to Christianity.
Let it be stated : Post modernistic perspective rejects ,absolute truth, embraces pluralism & quite frankly I could go on ........however, wisdom tells me to state no further.,
Jesus did not come to REMOVE our minds , rather to RENEW them ( Romans 12 :1-2). So I am not being ridiculously ignorant of where readers may be at in their theology , neither am I a blinkered Christian leader who is just being " irrelevant". Please know that JESUS 'WORD on HIMSELF is TRUTH !He said this about Himself ; ''I AM THE WAY, AND THE TRUTH , AND .THE LIFE.NO ONE ( NO ONE ) COMES TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH ME ." Sounds to me very much like an ABSOLUTE! (JOHN 14:6) Jesus also said of Himself : ''I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE .HE WHO COMES TO ME WILL NEVER BE THIRSTY". (JOHN 6:35) Jesus keeps saying : ''I AM " over & over again , JOHN 10:7 "THEREFORE JESUS SAID AGAIN , "I TELL YOU THE TRUTH, I AM THE GATE FOR THE SHEEP." All absolute statements and all true statements ........in my heart, mind & spirit! Later on in ACTS 4:12 Peter filled with The Holy Spirit (ACTS 4:8)went onto preach a great sermon ( if you are searching for some real truth in your life ...have a read ) ,verse 12 Peter says : "SALVATION IS FOUND IN NO ONE ELSE ,FOR THERE IS NO OTHER NAME UNDER HEAVEN GIVEN TO MEN BY WHICH WE MUST BE SAVED."
RAVI ZECHARIAS ( a global reputable man of GOD who is often used as a speaker for The Billy Graham ministries) said : ''TRUTH,MORALITY & MEANING ARE CONNECTED. IF THE FIRST GOES INTO CONFUSION THEN SO DO MANY OTHER SIGNIFICANT VALUES JESUS ESTABLISHED NOT MERELY THE EXISTENCE OF TRUTH , HE IS TRUTH !"
I come in prayerful , loving humility as I write these words today ......please prayerfully consider and read the WORD of God .
It really is either through THE CROSS in humble repentance or we have sadly ( even if intellectually ) been deceived .

BE RIVETED IN ALL GOD'S WAYS, BE FOCUSSED UPON HIM
PROVERBS 3:5-6 "TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART & LEAN NOT ON YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING; v.6. IN ALL ....ALL...ALL YOUR WAYS ACNOWLEDGE HIM & HE WILL MAKE YOUR PATHS STRAIGHT . v. 7 DO NOT BE WISE IN YOUR OWN EYES FEAR THE LORD & SHUN EVIL ."
Heard these words before ? I am sure many of you have , how is the DOING going with these promises from God in your own life ?Many people ask me how to discern the perfect will of God in their own lives , that is without doubt one of the top five most "asked questions" at this time in people's lives . I want to over the next few days give some thoughts for consideration , contemplation , reflection and action.
1. If you are not prepared to obey what Jesus shows you don't demand that He show you HIS WAY for your life .
2.If the Lord Jesus is really speaking to you it will always be in regard to the KINGDOM of GOD on earth as it is in heaven ......thus it won't be personal opinions or egotistical empire building .
3. The way of the LORD will always bring glory to GOD ,His will in your life & mine will always require a humble , teachable ,open heart, mind & spirit in our lives.
4.The will of God for you & I will never contradict the WORD of GOD .......& the Heavenly Father will not tolerate making God's word fit our own personal theological position to make us have a comfortable , cozy committment.
5. If the Lord is really speaking, you will know it .....and know it & continue to have fresh revelation on that matter in your own journey of faith, often the same message will come back to you through various disconnected people or messages , affirming the same message over & over until you & I get it.
There are many facets of God's will can be seen clearly reinforced in three ways :
a. God's Providential will
b. God's Moral will (i.e. Ten Commandments).
c. God's Personal Will for your life .
Read on tomorrow ........I will add some more for prayerful consideration .....in the mean time stay completely foccussed on what JESUS is saying to you today .
I am praying for you , please pray for me and a lost world !
