1. Today I choose LOVE ......No occasion justifies hatred. No injustice warrants bitterness , I choose love. Today I will love Jesus and what Jesus loves . ( John 3:16-17)
2. Today I choose GRACIOUSNESS.....I will overlook the inconveniences of the world. Instead of cursing the one who gets ahead of me anywhere, I will invite him/her to do so. Rather than complain that the wait is too long, I will thank Jesus for a moment to pray. Instead of clenching my fist at new assignments, I will face them with Holy Spirit joy & courage.
3.Today I choose SELF-CONTROL.....I am a spiritual being. After this body has died, my spirit will soar. I refuse to let what will perish , rule the ETERNAL. I choose self-control. I wil be impassioned only by FAITH, I will be influenced only by JESUS. I will be taught only by the Living Word & the written Word.
4.Today I choose JOY..........I will invite JESUS to be Lord of my circumstances, I will refuse the temptation to be cynical...the tool of idealism turned sour. I will refuse to see people as anything less than human beings, created by God. I will refuse to see any problem as anything less than an opportunity to see GOD.
More choices to come in future days......PLEASE ALWAYS CHOOSE THE BEST WAY , JESUS IS THE WAY ,THE TRUTH & THE LIFE....Choose Him & you will be at PEACE with God , yourself & a dying world!

JESUS FULL OF GRACE & TRUTH
John 1:16-17 ''FROM THE FULNESS OF HIS GRACE WE HAVE ALL RECEIVED ONE BLESSING AFTER ANOTHER. v 17 FOR THE LAW WAS GIVEN THROUGH MOSES;GRACE & TRUTH CAME THROUGH JESUS CHRIST."
In this time in history I believe it is imperitive for us to remember that if we claim to be Disciples of Jesus Christ then we to are required to be full of God's grace & God's truth as found through His Son :JESUS CHRIST!
You see if we are all grace & no truth then we have the concern that the standard of Holiness & a healthy reverence for God could be lacking. Similarly if we choose all truth & no grace we then could easily fall into the area of Pharisaism , legalism, judgemental, critical spirited people.
Today I want to encourage you to want to be like JESUS.....living in God's balance of GRACE & TRUTH.
Don't become unbalanced in your understanding of the authentic Saviour ....King Jesus...read the Bible ,it will soon give you His true reflection!
Need to be gracious today to someone then please be that in Jesus' Name !
Need to speak God's truth? Then tell it with love that is pure love from God.

GOD LONGS TO USE YOU TO DECLARE HIS GLORY
God used ( and continues to use) people to CHANGE THE WORLD. People like you & me ......by His grace. He doesn't just wait for superhumans or geniuses, or spiritual entrepreneurs, rather meek , commited , humble , obedient people.
You would be surprised the types of people that God has used throughout the history of the world.....& continues to do so.
Think about it ! The Maker of heaven & earth calls your name to promote His salvation across the world. And what we may lack in perfection, God ( by His grace)makes up in LOVE , PURITY ,& FORGIVENESS.
Don't miss out on being a vessel for the Master's use........come on , ''COME, CHANGE THE WORLD FOR JESUS.....NOW( not tomorrow) ...NOW.....(not when you find a marriage partner)...NOW...( not when your children have left home)....NOW.....( not when you think you will be ready) NOW, for a lost world's sake, for JESUS' sake, for your own joy. "YES HE LONGS TO USE & ME NOW FOR HIS GLORY."
2 Corinthians 4:7 ''BUT WE HAVE THIS TREASURE IN JARS OF CLAY TO SHOW THAT THIS ALL-SURPASSING POWER IS FROM GOD & NOT FROM US."
Are you "called" to such a glorious life , I believe we all have our lives that we may lay them down for the cause of CHRIST!

ARE PEOPLE'S CHARACTERS SAFE IN YOUR MOUTH?
Recently I received what I can only say is a pathetically sad and slanderous email,I was tempted to react but chose to respond with grace ( unlike my critic). Proverbs 18:21has some clear instruction about the words we say ,write,& send to one another.Contemplate these explicitly clear directions:''THE TONGUE HAS THE POWER OF LIFE & DEATH,& THOSE WHO LOVE IT WILL EAT IT'S FRUIT."Let me ask you today , are the words you say to others( whether on screens, paper or from your mouth ) full of love, life , and edification or are you assasinating people with your harmful , judgemental , negative,destructive vocabulary?Put simply are other people's names safe in your mouth ? Are other people's lives safe on your computer screen ? Are other people's feelings safe when you are around?Jesus had quite a bit to say about presuming to judge anyone ,let alone send scathing messages to other people.Let the Word settle into your mind , spirit & body today, from Matthew 7:1-5"DO NOT JUDGE, OR YOU TOO WILL BE JUDGED.FOR IN THE SAME WAY YOU JUDGE OTHERS, YOU WILL BE JUDGED, & WITH THE MEASURE YOU USE, IT WILL BE MEASURED TO YOU.WHY DO YOU LOOK AT THE SPECK OF SAWDUST IN YOUR BROTHER'S EYE & PAY NO ATTENTION TO THE PLANK IN YOUR OWN EYE? HOW CAN YOU SAY TO YOUR BROTHER, 'LET ME TAKE THE SPECK OUT OF YOUR EYE,' WHEN ALL THE TIME THERE IS A PLANK IN YOUR OWN EYE? (strong words from Jesus)v.5. YOU HYPOCRITE , FIRST TAKE THE PLANK OUT OF YOUR OWN EYE, & THEN YOU WILL SEE CLEARLY TO REMOVE THE SPECK FROM YOUR BROTHER'S EYE."
Thankfully my name is safe in the mouth of JESUS , and quite honestly His love , grace , forgiveness & salvation define me not any really sad , slanderous , email ,or hurtful words spoken over me . In the spiritual realm I in Jesus' name rebuke such negative communication & pray fervently for the senders of such tragic , immature messages.
Oh and before I sign off today I have to say I also forgive others when they see it necessary to hurt me & my family. Because actually all of us ultimately will be accountable to Jesus for every word we have ever uttered, He is much more capable of judging all people and will do just that when we all stand before Him.
In closing let me leave you with more words from Jesus' lips: Matthew 12:36-37"BUT I TELL YOU THAT MEN WILL HAVE TO GIVE ACCOUNT ON THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT FOR EVERY CARELESS WORD THEY HAVE SPOKEN.FOR BY YOUR WORDS YOU WILL BE ACQUITTED , & BY YOUR WORDS YOU WILL BE CONDEMNED."
